Sergeant Jamie Proust is a 20-year member of the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) and currently leads the Patrol Tactics team at the JIBC Police Academy. With 10 years of tactical experience in VPD’s Emergency Response Team and CFSEU’s Uniformed Gang Enforcement Team, Jamie brings extensive operational and instructional expertise to recruit training.
